苍附导痰汤加减联合达英-35治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察研究苍附导痰汤加减联合达英-35对痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征患者的性激素、体重指数(BMI)等的影响。方法:选择痰湿型PCOS患者42例,随机分为两组:试验组22例口服达英-35和加减苍附导痰汤;对照组20例口服达英-35。治疗3个月经周期,观察对比治疗前后患者的性激素水平、BMI等变化,随访至停药半年,观察两组的排卵及月经情况。结果:两组性激素血清LH值、血清T值治疗后较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05);血清FSH值在治疗前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验组BMI治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);随访至停药半年,试验组BBT双相及规则月经者比对照组多(P<0.05)。结论:苍附导痰汤加减联合达英-35是治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的有效方法,能降低患者的体重指数,恢复内分泌功能,促进排卵功能恢复,延缓停药后再次排卵功能异常的发生。Objective:To observe effects of the Cangfu Daotan decoction plus Diane-35on the sex hormones and BMI of phlegmdamppolycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:42cases were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(n=22)received theCangfu Daotan decoction plus Diane-35.The control group(n=20)was given Diane-35.The levels of sex hormones,BMI,ovulation and menstruation and other changes were observed before and after treatment.Results:The serum LH value and serum T value after treatmentin two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum FSH valuebetween before and after treatment(P>0.05).BMI in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).TheBBT biphasic and regular menstrual period were more than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Cangfu Daotan decoctionplus Diane-35is effective for phlegm-damp polycystic ovary syndrome,can reduce the body mass index,restore endocrine function,promote the recovery of ovulation function and prolong the occur of abnormal ovulation function after drug withdrawal.
