补肾活血通经汤治疗人工流产术后闭经(肾虚血瘀型)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究分析对人工流产术后闭经(肾虚血瘀型)患者给予补肾活血通经汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:择选2013年1月-2015年10月期间我院收治的112例人工流产术后闭经患者,随机分成两组,对照组(n=56)采取常规治疗,观察组(n=56)采取补肾活血通经汤治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率与随访的复发率。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率与随访6个月的复发率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对人工流产术后闭经患者(肾虚血瘀型)采取中药补肾活血通经汤进行治疗,临床治疗效果良好,可有效改善预后,安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective:To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of the Bushen Huoxue Tongjing decoction on artificial abortionafter amenorrhea(the Shenxu Xueyu type).Methods:112cases were divided into two groups.56cases in the control group receivedconventional treatment,while56cases in the observation group took the Bushen Huoxue Tongjing decoction.Results:The total efficiency,incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate in6months of followed-up in the observation group were significantly better thanthose in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Huoxue Tongjing dcoction on artificial abortion after amenorrhea(the ShenxuXueyu type)shows a good effect,and can effectively improve the prognosis,with security,thus worthy of promotion in the clinic.
