中药祛风通络汤合针刺治疗面瘫临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探索中药祛风通络汤合针刺治疗面瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院100例面瘫患者,收治时间在2014年1月-2016年1月期间,并对此次研究患者进行动态随机化分组,每组50例患者,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用中药祛风通络汤联合针刺治疗。结果:观察组和对照组治疗后的临床症状消失时间、住院总耗时、面功能恢复率、总有效率均存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药祛风通络汤合针刺治疗面瘫患者效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Qufeng Tongluo decoction plus acupuncture on facial paralysis.Methods:100cases from January2014to January2016were randomly divided into two groups,50cases for each.The control group received conventionalwestern medicine.The observation group was given the Qufeng Tongluo decoction plus acupuncture.Results:The disappearance time of symptoms,the time of hospitalization,the recovery rate of facial function and the total efficiency were significantly different between the observationgroup and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qufeng Tongluo decoction plus acupuncture has a significant effect.
