温针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎56例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将2014年11月-2015年11月于我院治疗的56例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与参照组,每组28例。治疗组患者给予温针灸治疗,参照组患者给予毫针刺治疗。观察并分析两组患者的临床治疗效果及其膝关节疼痛情况。结果:参照组的总有效率为71.43%,治疗组为96.43%,前者明显低于后者,具有明显差异(P<0.05);该组患者膝关节疼痛程度显著高于治疗组,且t=7.93,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论:温针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床治疗效果极佳,该方法还能有效地减轻患者膝关节的疼痛感,使患者身心健康得到快速恢复,值得广泛应用。Objective:To observe effects of the Wen-acupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:56patients were randomlydivided into the treatment group and control group,28cases in each.The treatment group was treated by the Wen-acupuncture;the controlgroup was treated by acupuncture.The clinical effect and knee pain in groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The total efficiency inthe control group was71.43%,and significantly lower than96.43%in the treatment group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Theknee pain in the control group was significantly higher,t=7.93,P<0.05,with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:TheWen-acupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis shows a significant effect,can effectively relieve the pain and recovery quickly of the physicaland mental health,and is worthy of application.
