中药对糖尿病治疗的分析研究

摘　　要：目的:探究中药在糖尿病治疗方面的疗效与用途。方法:查阅2013-2015年来我院就诊的糖尿病患者病例,选取其中的中成药处方800张,对涉及的中成药进行药理活性成分和中药性质分析,统计相关数据。结果:800张中成药处方药理活性主要类型有多糖类、皂苷类、黄酮类等,中药性质主要可分为补肾类、益气养阴类、益气养阴活血类等,主要效用为补益、清热、解表,补益药物在治疗糖尿病的使用频率最高。结论:糖尿病治疗主要以益气养阴为主,滋阴清热、活血化瘀为辅,结合糖尿病病理正确使用中药。Objective:To explore clinical efficacy and application value of TCM medicine in treating diabetes.Methods:Thepatients with diabetes from2013to2015in our hospital were enrolled in this study;and800prescriptions were selected.Pharmacologicallyactive ingredient and nature of Chinese patent medicines were analyzed;and the relevant data was counted.Results:The main types ofpharmacological activity of800prescriptions were polysaccharide,saponins,flavonoids and so on.The main characters of TCM medicinewere divided into the Bushen type,the Yiqi Yangyin type,the Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue type and so on;the main effects were Buyi,Qingre andJiebiao;and tonic medicine was most frequently used in treating diabetes.Conclusion:The main therapy for diabetes was mainly Yiqi Yangyin,supplemented by Ziyin Qingre and Huoxue Huayu therapies,and combined with correct application of TCM medicine based on the pathology.
