2011-2013年我院骨科口服药物用药分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨我院骨科口服药的临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2011-2013年的骨科口服用药数量与金额进行统计,采用用药频度(DDDs)排序分析法,计算DDDs、日用药金额,对结果进行统计分析。结果:我院2011-2013年骨科口服用药销售金额总体上升,西药销售金额增速大于中成药销售金额增速,中成药3年销售金额总和约为西药3年销售总额的2.7倍。西药DDDs值保持逐年增长趋势,中成药2013年的DDDs值出现明显下降。金天格胶囊和腰痹通胶囊销售金额一直稳居中成药的前两名,西乐葆销售金额连续3年位列第一。结论:本院对中成药的使用较为成熟稳定,具有中医院特色,对西药使用灵活,把握好药物的引进与推广以及药物的剂量调整和停用,非甾体抗炎药需求量日益增多。Objective:To understand oral medicine in the orthopedics department,and provide references for clinical rationalapplication.Methods:The number and cost of oral medicine were analyzed.DDDs and the amount on medicine were also analyzed.Results:From2011to2013,cost of oral medicine in orthopedics department rose.That in the western medicine growed greater thanTCM medicine.The cost of TCM medicine during3years was2.7times than western medicine.DDDs value with western medicine hasincreasing year by year.In2013,DDDs of TCM medine decreased.The cost of the Jintian'ge capsules and the Yaobitong capsules hasconsistently ranked in the top two of TCM medicine.Cost of celebrex ranks the first for3consecutive years.Conclusion:TCM medicineand western medicine were applied with rational and flexible.Furthermore,NSAIDS is increasing demanded year by year.
