摘　　要：李应东教授长年治疗因OSAHS导致的失眠,造诣颇深,独有神悟,主张在"明确西医病理的前提下发挥中医中药优势",即"明确西医诊断,辨证中医施治"。本文对李老师中西医结合治疗本病的经验进行了简单总结,以供临床研究参考。Professor Li Yingdong has a wealthy experience for treating insomnia with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,and believes that syndrome differentiation and treatment should be given based on western medicine diagnosis.In this article,theexperience of Li Yingdong for treating insomnia with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in the integrative medicine was simplysummarized,in order to provide a reference for clinical research.
