吴茱萸碱在抗炎作用中的研究进展

摘　　要：吴茱萸为芸香科植物吴茱萸及其变种石虎和疏毛吴茱萸的干燥近成熟果实。吴茱萸碱具有多种生物学活性,其除了舒张血管、保护心肌细胞外,还能稳定淋巴细胞,减少肿瘤坏死因子等炎性细胞因子的生成,吴茱萸碱能抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡坏死,抑制肿瘤细胞血管生成,阻止肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭;通过调节醛固酮的分泌影响血压;提高阿尔茨海默症患者学习记忆的能力;影响内分泌系统;并且具有减肥、降血糖、抗炎、镇痛、免疫调节等作用。基于吴茱萸碱具有多方面药理学作用,为了提高其作用的选择性,本文对吴茱萸碱在抗炎作用中的研究进展作一综述。Evodiaminei is a nearly ripe fruit of evodia rutaecarpa and Shumao evodia rutaecarpa.Evodiaminei shows a variety ofbiological activity,can relieve blood vessels,protect the cardiomyocytes,stabilize the lymphocytes,reduce the production of inflammatorycytokines as tumor necrosis factor.And it can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells,induce tumor cell necrosis and necrosis,inhibittumor cell angiogenesis,prevent tumor cell migration and invasion,affect blood pressure by regulating aldosterone secretion and improvelearning and memory ability of alzheimer's patients,affect endocrine system.Evodiaminei shows an effect on weight loss,blood sugar,antiinflammatory,analgesic,immune regulation and so on.Based on various pharmacological effects of evodiaminei,in order to improve theselectivity of the role,the research progress of evodiaminei in anti-inflammatory effects was reviewed.
