摘　　要：目的:探讨金钗石斛对糖尿病大鼠肝组织NF-κB表达的影响。方法:采用高糖高脂饲料和链脲佐菌素联合建立糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分成正常组、糖尿病组、金钗石斛组,各组均灌胃给药8w,采用HE染色法观察肝脏病理学改变,ELISA和免疫组化法分析肝组织NF-κB的含量和蛋白表达。结果:与造模组相比,金钗石斛组大鼠病理损伤减轻,肝脏NF-κB的含量和蛋白表达分别下降了27.94%和32.18%(均P<0.05)。结论:金钗石斛可能通过抑制NF-κB的表达,保护糖尿病大鼠的肝脏。Objective:To investigate the effect of dendrobium nobile on the expression of NF-κB in liver tissue of diabetic rats.Methods:The diabetic rats were randomly divided into the normal group,diabetes mellitus group and dendrobium nobile group.The ratswere sacrificed for8weeks.HE staining was used to observe the changes of liver pathology.The levels of NF-κB and protein expressionin liver tissue were analyzed by ELISA and immunohistochemistry.Results:Compared with the model group,the content of NF-κBand protein expression in the liver of diabetic rats in the dendrobium nobile group were decreased by27.94%and32.18%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:Dendrobium nobile may protect the liver of diabetic rats by inhibiting the expression of NF-κB.
