中医分型治疗股骨头坏死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究观察中医分型治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的60例股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象。所有患者均采用中医分型方法进行治疗。以患者治疗总有效率、VAS评分、体征评分以及随访1年后髋关节Harris评分作为疗效观察依据。结果:通过相应治疗,治疗总有效率高达96.7%。治疗后患者VAS评分、体征评分明显提高,随访1年后髋关节Harris评分同样提高明显。结论:通过中医分型治疗股骨坏死能够有效保持或者增加髋关节活动度,同时可以缓解患者疼痛,效果明显。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM medicine on femoral head necrosis.Methods:60patients withfemoral head necrosis were treated by the TCM therapy.The total efficiency,the VAS score,the symptom score and the Harris score of thehip were taken as the basis for the observation.Results:Through the corresponding treatment,the total efficiency was as high as96.7%.After treatment,the VAS score and symptom score of the patients were significantly improved.After one year of follow-up,the Harris scoreof the hip was also improved obviously.Conclusion:Treating femoral necrosis in TCM can effectively maintain or increase the degree ofhip movement,and can relieve the pain.
