摘　　要：目的:观察滋肾调肝法治疗阴虚火旺型女童性早熟36例的临床疗效。方法:对中医辨证为阴虚火旺型女童性早熟36例运用滋肾调肝法治疗3个月后,观察患儿症状体征,血浆雌二醇和卵泡刺激素,促黄体生成激素,B超(子宫大小,卵巢、乳腺组织发育状况),X线(骨龄测算)等指标的变化。结果:显效9例,有效22例,无效5例,总有效率为86.11%。结论:滋肾调肝法治疗阴虚火旺型女童性早熟有较好的疗效。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Zishen Tiaogan therapy on girls precocious puberty.Methods:36patientswere treated by the Zishen Tiaogan therapy.In3months,symptoms and signs,plasma estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizinghormone,B ultrasound(uterine size,ovaries,breast tissue development status),X-ray(bone age measurement)and other indicators inpatients were observed.Results:9cases of markedly effective,effective in22cases,ineffective in5cases,the total efficiency was86.11%.Conclusion:The Zishen Tiaogan therapy on girls precocious puberty shows a good effect.
