摘  要:原发性高血压的危险因素有很多,随着人们生活水平的改变,职业竞争压力的增大,发生高血压的危险因素也发生着改变。其中超重和肥胖、不合理膳食因素、遗传因素、精神紧张因素等构成原发性高血压发病的主要危险因素,各危险因素通过不同作用机制引起高血压发病率的增高。通过对原发性高血压的危险因素分析,以生物-心理-社会医学模式统筹考虑问题,将高血压的危险因素作为重要内容参与到高血压的分层治疗中,有利于高血压的综合管理,节约医疗资源,也将对高血压的社区慢性病管理产生重要影响。There are many kinds of risk factors of primary hypertension.With the change of people's living standard,theprofession competition pressure increases,and the development of risk factors for hypertension is also changing.Overweight andobesity,unreasonable dietary factors,genetic factors,stress factors constitute a major risk factor for essential hypertension incidence,the risk factors increased the incidence of hypertension through different mechanisms.Through the analysis of the risk factors ofprimary hypertension,to the biological-psychology-social medical model as a whole to consider problem,will be a risk factor forhigh blood pressure as an important content to participate in the layered treatment of high blood pressure,and it is advantageous tothe comprehensive management of high blood pressure,save medical resources.It will also be of community chronic diseasemanagement of high blood pressure.
