肛门修整术在肛肠科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨肛门修整术在肛肠科手术中的应用方法及效果。方法:收治肛肠科患者99例,均接受外科肛门修整手术治疗,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:患者均顺利完成手术,混合痔、肛周脓肿、肛瘘三种类型术后伤口Ⅰ期愈合率、不良反应发生率对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在肛肠科疾病治疗过程中应用肛门修整术可获得较为理想的疗效及预后。Objective:To investigate the application and effect of anal dressing in anorectal surgery.Methods:99patients withanorectal diseases were enrolled in this study.All of them underwent surgical treatment of anal resection,then their clinical dataretrospectively were analyzed.Results:All the patients were completed the operation successfully.Compared with3types of mixedhemorrhoid,crissum abscess and fistula inⅠpostoperative wound healing rate and incidence of adverse reactions,the differenceswere not statistically significant(P>0.05)..Conclusion:Application of anal dressing in the treatment of anorectal diseases canobtain satisfactory curative effect and prognosis.
