摘　　要：目的:探讨雌激素与阿仑膦酸钠片联合治疗对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者骨代谢指标的影响。方法:收治绝经后骨质疏松症患者80例,随机分为A组和B组,A组采用阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,B组在A组基础上加用雌激素,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在B组,BAP、BGP和TRACP-5b水平、骨密度和疗效均显著优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:雌激素与阿仑膦酸钠片联合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,可有效改善骨代谢指标,提高骨密度。Objective:To explore the effect of estrogen combined with alendronate sodium tablets on bone metabolism index inpostmenopausal women with osteoporosis.Methods:80cases of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis were selected.They wererandomly divided into the A group and the B group.The A group was treated with alendronate sodium tablets.The B group addedestrogen on the basis of the A group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the B group,the levels of BAP,BGP and TRACP-5b,bone mineral density and efficacy were significantly better than those of the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of estrogen combined with alendronate in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis can effectively improve thebone metabolism and bone density.
