摘　　要：目的:探究综合性围手术期护理对于促进脊髓型颈椎病患者的效果。方法:收治脊髓型颈椎病患者100例,随机分两组。试验组采取综合性的围手术期护理措施,对照组给予常规的基础护理和健康教育。评价两组患者的自我康复训练知信行行为和生活质量得分。结果:试验组患者的自我康复训练知信行行为和生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性的围手术期护理能够显著提高脊髓型颈椎病患者的自我康复训练知识,促进其自我训练行为的养成,提高其生活质量,促进患者的康复。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing on patients with cervical spondyloticmyelopathy.Methods:100patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the twogroups.The experimental group adopted comprehensive perioperative nursing measures.The control group was given basic nursingand health education.The knowledge,behavior and quality of life of two groups of patients were evaluated.Results:Patients in theexperimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group in self rehabilitation training,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive perioperative nursing can significantly improve the knowledge of selfrehabilitation training in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy,which can promote the development of self trainingbehavior,improve the quality of life and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
