摘　　要：工程领袖人才培养计划旨在培养未来10—15年内有可能成为企业总工程师的工程领袖人才,除了培养其创新意识和能力以外,更应培养学生的工程实践能力、工程项目综合策划能力、团队合作能力、团队领导能力、环境适应能力,因此在制订培养方案时,需要从各个方面综合考虑,在培养学生各种能力的同时,注重学生的品德教育,锻炼学生的意志品质,训练学生的技术经济学思维意识。四川大学从2015年开始以专款计划形式在电子信息学院进行"工程领袖型人才培养计划"试点,开启基于三维测量仪器研发的工程领袖人才实训计划探索。The aim of the chief engineer training is to train engineering leaders which are probably turning into the chief engineer of the enterprises in the coming10-15years,except for consciousness of innovation,the ability of engineering practice,overall project planning,teamwork,team leadership and acclimatization are also of importance,so that various aspects should be considered before setting up academic programs,such as focusing on the moral education,exercising the volitional quality,training the technical economics consciousness while training abilities.A prospective chief engineer cultivation proposal by the form of special fund plan has been implemented in the school of electronics and information,Sichuan university from2015,which based on3Dmeasurement instrument development.
