摘　　要：本文针对住院医生规范化培训中临床科研能力培养的重要性进行了探讨,论述了临床科研能力的培养在住院医师规范化培训中发挥的积极作用,并总结了进一步加强规培医生临床科研能力培养的重要意义。This article discussed the importance and positive effect of improving clinical scientific research ability in the standardized training for residents,and suggests that it is necessary and of great clinical significance to further strengthen clinical scientific research training in the doctors under the standardized training for residents.
