摘　　要：在遵循国内外航空院校工商管理管理人才培养模式改革规律的基础上,凝练和强化行业特色,打造基于管理学科特点和航空运输经济特性的工商管理(航空运输管理)特色人才培养新模式:一是改革专业人才培养目标定位;二是改革形成支撑人才培养目标定位的特色教学内容和课程体系;三是特色实践体系以突出学生实际问题能力的培养;四是改革完善教学质量管理制度以保障特色人才培养模式的实现。Complying with the principles of major in business administration,concise and strengthen professional characteristics and build special talents training mode.first,Innovate the position of training of professional talents.second,form a special content of courses and curriculum system.third,designing practising system supporting to improve ability of solving factual problems.fourth,educational quality policies to ensure training special talents to become true.
