关于高职医学检验专业三基教育的思考

摘　　要：随着现代社会的进步以及科学技术的发展,我国的高职医学检验技术教育出现了诸多问题。高职医学检验技术专业的培养目标是应用型的技术人才,即以岗位职业能力为引领,具有熟练的操作技能、一定的自学能力、工作在岗位第一线的医学检验技术人才。通过多年实践,发现"三基"训练可以成为解决目前高职医学检验技术教育困境的一个行之有效的手段,具体概括为:基本理论简单化、基础技能标准化、基本素养日常化。经过一定时间的锻炼与培养,毕业生基本能够适应社会用人单位的需求,为其今后的就业以及个人发展打下坚实的基础。With the development of modern society and the progress of technology,the high vocational education of medical laboratory has increased many problems in China.The goal for the training of medical laboratory technology specialty in high vocational education is the personnel with application-oriented technology,job-occupied ability,experienced operation skills,and self-learning ability in the front line of medical examination.The graduates of medical laboratory technology must pay attention to the"three bases"capability.Through years of practice,we have summarized the"three bases"training as follows:simplification of the basic theory,standardization of basic skills,and the daily basic literacy.Thus graduates would satisfy the social needs of the employers',and lay a solid foundation for the employment in future.
