摘  要:本文从城市层面分析了推进"中国制造2025"战略存在的顶层设计、规划落地等问题,提出中国要实现制造强国目标需要制定系列支撑文件、重视标准和规则制定、强化互联网基础设施建设、鼓励成立一批制造业社会组织、重视技能型创新创业人才培养等对策建议。Made in China2025is an important industrial strategy,which has been implemented for two years.This paper reviews the background of the industrial development strategy of China,the United States and Germany,and compares the similarities and differences among them.We found there are some problems while this national industrial strategy has been carried out,such as Top-level design,Planning implementation.To achieve the goal of“made in china2025”plan,we need to develop manufacturing standards and rules,promote manufacturing enterprises to expand production service ability,strengthening the Internet infrastructure construction,encourage the establishment of a number of social organizations,cultivate number of entrepreneurial talents.
