摘　　要：设立雄安新区,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央推进京津冀协同发展重大国家战略的关键性举措,具有重大历史和现实意义。雄安新区的战略定位,既体现了突破现有区域城市发展难题的问题导向,又彰显了引领未来发展方向的新理念。深圳特区和浦东新区在过去三十年扮演了改革先锋和发展排头兵的角色,"创新""改革""开放"是其共同经验,值得学习和借鉴。雄安新区建设发展要坚持以人民为中心的思想,秉持绿色智慧理念,用创新的思维、改革的办法和开放的方式来系统谋划和持续推进。The establishment of Xiong'an New Area is a key step for theCentral Party Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as 'core' to promote the national strategic of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei co-development. It has great historical and practical significance. The strategic positioning of Xiong'an New Area does not only reflect the problem orientation of the existing urban development problems,but also highlights the new concept of leading the future development direction. During the past three decades,Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and Pudong New Area have been playing the roles of pioneers and vanguards in reform and development,in which' innovation','reform','openness',as their common experience,worth learning and learning. It should adhere to the people-centered thinking,uphold the concept of green wisdom,make planning systematically and advance continuously with innovative thinking,reform approach and an open way,to construct and develop Xiong'an New Area.
