摘　　要：本文以解密档案为基础,对匈牙利政治剧变的历史进程进行研究,将其分为谈判前奏、筹备会议谈判、圆桌谈判、全民公投以及议会大选等数个历史阶段。同时对匈牙利社会主义工人党和反对派阵营的关键政治策略予以分析,进而就朝野双方针对政治谈判主体应当由几方构成、是否应当将经济议题也纳入谈判议程、总统职位的选举方式与选举时间,以及匈牙利社会主义工人党是否应当公示其资产统计信息等各个重要谈判议题所展开的博弈过程进行了重点的梳理,由此呈现出匈牙利实现此次政治剧变的大致历史过程。Based on the declassified documents,this study covers the historical process of the Hungarian political upheaval.This political process can be divided into several stages,including negotiation prelude,preparing meeting negotiation,roundtable,a referendum and election.This paper analyzes the key political tactics of the socialist workers’party of Hungary and the opposition camp.More detailed analysis focuses on the following issues:how many parties form the main body of political negotiations;whether economic issues shall be included in the negotiations agenda;the way and time for the presidential election,and whether the Socialist Workers’Party of Hungary shall publicize its assets.This can portrays a landscape of the political upheaval in Hungary.
