摘　　要：公共经济政策是指公共经济管理部门提出并实行的发展公共经济和调节非公共部门经济活动的制度和措施。这里的公共经济管理部门包括执政党、政府部门和非政府公有制经济管理部门。公共经济政策是公共经济学的重要组成内容,与宏观经济学中的宏观经济政策有很大的相似性,但也有自己的特性。而中国特色社会主义公共经济政策,更是包含公共企业政策,坚守习近平总书记提出的"两个不能动摇",以公有制为主体,以国有经济为主导,具有更为强烈的特性。本文分别就财政政策、货币政策、人口与环境政策、公共企业政策、限制性政策对中国特色社会主义公共经济政策展开论述。Public economic policy refers to the system and measures introduced and implemented by the public economic administration for developing the public economy and regulating the activities of the non-public sector.The public economic administration includes the ruling party,government departments and non-governmental administrative departments of the public economic sector.Public economic policy is an important component of public economics.It shares much with macroeconomic policy within the area of macroeconomics but has its particular features too.And the socialist public economic policies with Chinese characteristics even encompasses those policies on public enterprises,which stick to General Secretary Xi JinpingJs^two unshakablys?,?i.e.public ownership playing a dominant role and state-owned enterprises playing a leading role,and have very distinctive features.This paper expounds on the socialist public economic policies with Chinese characteristics from the following aspects:fiscal policy,monetary policy,population and environmental policy,public enterprise policy and restrictive policy.
