五水头孢唑啉钠联合喜炎平注射液治疗儿童猩红热临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨五水头孢唑啉钠联合喜炎平注射液治疗儿童猩红热的临床疗效。方法 107例猩红热患儿,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(57例)。对照组采用五水头孢唑啉钠治疗,观察组采用五水头孢唑啉钠联合喜炎平治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患儿总有效率98.24%高于对照组的88.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组热退时间为(4.1±1.2)d、皮疹消退时间为(5.7±1.8)d、咽拭阴性时间为(6.3±1.7)d、住院时间为(7.8±2.0)d,均短于对照组的(5.6±1.8)、(6.8±1.5)、(7.1±1.8)、(9.8±1.9)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五水头孢唑啉钠联合喜炎平注射液治疗儿童猩红热具有协同作用,可缩短病程,疗效好,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combinedwith Xiyanping injection in the treatment of scarlet fever in children.Methods A total of107scarlet feverchildren were randomly divided into control group(50cases)and observation group(57cases).The controlgroup received cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for treatment,and the observation group received cefazolinsodium pentahydrate combined with Xiyanping injection for treatment.Therapeutic effect was compared in twogroups.Results After treatment,the observation group had higher total effective rate as98.24%than88.00%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had feverdisappearance time as(4.1±1.2)d,rash disappearance time as(5.7±1.8)d,swallow negative time as(6.3±1.7)dand hospital stay time as(7.8±2.0)d,which were all shorter than(5.6±1.8),(6.8±1.5),(7.1±1.8)and(9.8±1.9)din the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination ofcefazolin sodium pentahydrate and Xiyanping injection shows synergistic effect in treating scarlet fever in children,and it can shorten course of disease with good curative effect.So it is worthy of promotion.
