维生素B_(12)耳穴注射中西医结合治疗妊娠剧吐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨维生素B_(12)耳穴注射中西医结合治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果。方法 60例妊娠剧吐患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用静脉补液治疗。观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予维生素B_(12)注射两侧耳穴,观察比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗时间(4.20±0.74)d,对照组治疗时间为(5.43±0.82)d,观察组治疗时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治愈率为73.3%,明显高于对照组的46.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素B_(12)耳穴注射协同静脉补液治疗妊娠剧吐的方法 ,整合了穴位的针刺和药物的药理作用,疗效优于传统的西医补液支持疗法。Objective To investigate clinical effect by combined traditional Chinese and Western medicinetreatment by vitamin B12auricular point injection in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods A totalof60patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group received intravenous infusion for treatment,and the observation groupreceived additional bilateral vitamin B12auricular point injection to treatment in the control group.Curative effectswere observed in the two groups.Results The observation group had treatment time as(4.20±0.74)d,and thecontrol group had treatment time as(5.43±0.82)d.The observation group had shorter treatment time than thecontrol group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had obviouslyhigher cure rate as73.3%than46.7%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of vitamin B12auricular point injection and intravenous infusion in treating hyperemesisgravidarum provides better curative effect through acupuncture and pathological effect than traditional Westernintravenous infusion.
