临床护理路径干预用于33例带状疱疹患者的护理价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径干预带状疱疹患者的护理价值。方法 66例带状疱疹患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组33例。对照组采用传统的护理模式,实验组采用临床护理路径。比较两组的护理指标。结果实验组患者的诊治时间为(9±3)d,明显短于对照组的(15±2)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者康教育知识掌握32例(97.0%),对护理满意30例(90.9%),均明显高于对照组的27例(81.8%)、23例(69.7%)(P<0.05)。两组诊治后疼痛症状均有显著改善,实验组诊治后疼痛评分为(1.50±1.35)分,疼痛减轻程度优于对照组的(2.80±3.36)分(P<0.05)。两组患者诊治后皮损疗效评分均有所改善,实验组皮损疗效评分为(3.75±0.45)分,优于对照组的(3.42±0.62)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径用于带状疱疹的护理效果明显优于传统护理模式,能显著提高患者对护理工作的满意度及健康知识的掌握,降低了就诊时间,节约了医疗费用,其具有一定的护理价值,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate nursing value by clinical nursing pathway intervention applied forherpes zoster patients.Methods A total of66patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into experimentalgroup and control group,with33case in each group.The control group received traditional nursing pattern,andthe experimental group received clinical nursing pathway.Nursing indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had obviously shorter diagnosis time as(9±3)d than(15±2)d in the controlgroup,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group had32cases(97.0%)withmastery of health education knowledge and30cases(90.9%)with nursing satisfaction,which were all higher than27cases(81.8%)and23cases(69.7%)in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed obviously improvedpain symptoms after diagnosis and treatment.The experimental group had better pain score as(1.50±1.35)points than(2.80±3.36)points in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups had improved skin damage effect scores after treatment,and the experimental group had better skin damage effect score as(3.75±0.45)points than(3.42±0.62)pointsin the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement ofclinical nursing pathway for herpes zoster shows remarkably better nursing effect than traditional nursing pattern.This method can improve nursing satisfaction and mastery of health knowledge by patients,and it also reducestreatment time and medical cost.This method contains certain nursing value,and it is worth clinical promotion.
