探讨临床护理路径在川崎病患儿护理中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析川崎病患儿护理使用临床护理路径的临床效果,为临床护理服务提供参考依据。方法 90例川崎病患儿,根据护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组使用传统护理,观察组使用临床护理路径,对比两组的临床护理效果。结果观察组患儿住院时间(6.2±3.1)d、住院费用(2708.5±785.2)元均明显优于对照组的(9.5±3.2)d、(3568.5±813.6)元,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿满意度和健康知识掌握程度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川崎病患儿临床中使用护理路径模式能够让患儿的临床护理质量提升,患儿满意度比较高,可以让患儿获得有计划和有预见性的护理服务,值得临床中推广使用。Objective To investigate and analyze clinical effect by clinical nursing pathway innursing for children patients with Kawasaki disease,and to provide reference bases for clinical nursing service.Methods A total of90children patients with Kawasaki disease were divided by different nursing measures intoobservation group and control group,with45cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway.Comparison was made on clinical nursing effectsbetween the two groups.Results The observation group had obviously better hospital stay time as(6.2±3.1)dand hospitalization cost as(2708.5±785.2)yuan than(9.5±3.2)d and(3568.5±813.6)yuan in the controlgroup,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had much better childrensatisfaction degree and health knowledge mastery degree than the control group,and their difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical implement of clinical nursing pathway for children patients withKawasaki disease can improve clinical nursing quality of children patients,along with high children satisfactiondegree.This method can provide planned and predictive nursing service for children patients,and it is worthclinical promotion and application.
