摘　　要：导师王檀教授从事中医内科呼吸病的教学、临床及科研工作多年,总结其临床实践经验,阐明哮病的病理因素以"火"为根本,提出"五脏六腑皆令人哮",以"急则治其标,缓则治其本"指导临床实践。结合北方地区寒冷气候,认为厥寒之下必有伏火,同时考虑到患者素体脾胃虚弱,土壅木郁,胆为阳木,胆腑失于通降,胆腑内藏少阳,郁而化为胆火,火性炎上,熏灼腠理,肺管暴急,肺气奔迫而出,哮病发作。Professor Wang Tan engaged in teaching,clinical and scientific research work of TCM internal medicine for many years,summed up clinical experience,to clarify the pathological factors of asthma“fire”as the fundamental,put forward the“internal organs areasthmatic”for the treatment.Combined with the cold climate in the north,that the Juehan under the fire must have,taking into account thepatient feces and spleen and stomach weakness,soil obstruct wood Yu,bile for Yang wood,gallbladder lost in the pass down,and into thebile fire,fire inflammation,smoked burning Li reason,pulmonary storm,lung forced out of Ben,live asthma.
