益气养阴,解毒通络汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病

摘　　要：早期糖尿病肾病属中医消渴肾病范畴,乃由消渴病日久不愈、毒损肾络所致。西医对本病的治疗缺少针对性,难以阻止疾病的进行性发展。何泽教授主张辨病与辨证相结合,大力提倡从毒损肾络论治早期糖尿病肾病,在临床上可有效减轻症状,阻断病情发展,值得进一步研究推广。Early diabetic nephropathy belong to Xiaoke of a TCM category,Diabetes by the course of time unhealed poisoningcaused by kidney network.Western medicine for this disease is targeted,it is difficult to stop the progressive development of the disease.Professor Heze advocate the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,and vigorously promote the treatment of kidney damagefrom the early treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Clinical symptoms can be effectively reduced,and the progression of the disease can beblocked,it is worth further study and promotion.
