中药灌肠治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药灌肠治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法:选取82例我院所收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,两组均行常规西药治疗,观察组加施中药灌肠治疗,分析并对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及临床症状改善情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.1%,远高于对照组的73.2%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项临床症状评分明显低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征具明显临床疗效,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得在临床治疗当中进行广泛推广。Objective:To investigate TCM treatment for irritable bowel syndrome.Methods82patients were divided into controlgroup and observation group.The patients in the observation group were treated by TCM medicine enema.Results:The total effective rateof the observation group was95.1%,much higher than the control group of73.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the observation group clinical symptom score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM enema treatment for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome showed a significant clinical effect,andcan effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
