中医扶正抑瘤法治疗晚期前列腺癌疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨中医扶正抑瘤法治疗晚期前列腺癌的临床效果。方法:选取我院门诊部2005年6月-2016年12月收治的105例晚期前列腺癌患者,依照治疗方式将其分成中医组65例与对照组40例。两组均进行长达1年的随访,每隔2个月随访1次。记录两组患者平均生存期晚期前列腺癌向激素非依赖性前列腺癌转化的中位时间、平均生存时长、并发症发生概率等。结果:中医组在平均生存时长上优于对照组,但其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医组晚期前列腺癌向激素非依赖性前列腺癌转化的平均时长显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。给予内分泌治疗的患者中出现远处转移并发症共38例,当中发生肝转移1例(中医组),发生骨转移36例(对照组29例,中医组9例)发生直肠转移1例(对照组);出现血尿并发症共3例(对照组2例,中医组1例);出现尿潴留并发症共7例(对照组5例,中医组2例);出现梗阻性肾病导致肾功能不全并发症共9例(对照组6例,中医组3例),中医组出现并发症概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用中医扶正抑瘤法治疗晚期前列腺癌能有效抑制病情发展,减少病症带来的痛苦,有效增加晚期前列腺癌向激素非依赖性前列腺癌转化的中位时间,减少由疾病引起的远处转移、肾功能不全、血尿等并发症的发生概率,临床效果显著,值得应用于临床治疗。Objective:To investigate clinical effect of the Fuzheng Yiliu method on advanced prostate cancer.Methods:105patientswere divided into TCM group(n=65)and control group(n=40).Results:Practitioners in the average length of survival than the controlgroup,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);practitioners with advanced prostate cancer to androgen-independentprostate cancer into the average length was significantly longer than the control group(P<0.05).Give endocrine treatment of patients inthe appeared distance transfer complications total38cases,among occurred liver transfer1cases(TCM group),occurred bone transfer36cases(control group29cases,TCM Group9cases)occurred rectal transfer1cases(control group);appeared hematuria complicationstotal3cases(control group2cases,TCM Group1cases);appeared urinary retention complications total7cases(control group5cases,TCM Group2cases);appeared obstruction sex nephropathy led to kidney function not full complications total9cases(control group6cases,TCM Group3cases),Practitioners probability of complications were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Fuzheng Yiliu method for advanced prostate cancer can effectively inhibit the progression of the disease,reduce thepain caused by the disease,and effectively increase the median time for the transformation from advanced prostate cancer to hormone-independent prostate cancer,reduce the disease-Metastasis,renal insufficiency,hematuria and other complications of the probability ofoccurrence.
