清肺固元汤联合西药治疗对重症肺炎患者血清IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析清肺固元汤联合西药治疗对重症肺炎患者血清IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ的影响。方法:选取我院2012年3月-2016年11月收治的36例重症肺炎患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各18例。对照组给予单纯西医治疗,治疗组在西医基础上联合清肺固元汤治疗,同时监测两组治疗前后IL-2(白介素-2)、IL-6(白介素-6)、IFN-γ(干扰素-γ)水平,比较两组治疗效果及证候评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.89%,显著高于对照组的50.00%(x^2=7.472,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗前,两组重症肺炎症候评分差异不显著,P>0.05;治疗3周后,两组症候疾病均显著降低,P<0.05;不过,两组间重症肺炎症候评分差异不显著,P>0.05;治疗前,两组IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ水平差异不显著,P>0.05;治疗后,两组IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ水平均下降,且治疗组下降幅度更加显著,P<0.05。结论:清肺固元汤联合西药治疗重症肺炎可明显抑制患者血清IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ的过度分泌,缓解症状,促进患者康复,值得应用。Objective:To investigate effects of the Qingfei Guyuan decoction plus western medicine on serum IL-2,IL-6and IFN-γin patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:36patients were enrolled and randomly divided into the treatment group and the controlgroup.The control group was treated with western medicine.The treatment group was treated with the Qingfei Guyuan decoction more.IL-2,IL-6and IFN-γlevels were measured;and the effect and syndrome scores were compared.Results:The total efficiency was88.89%in the treatment group,and significantly higher than50.00%in the control group(χ2=7.472,P<0.05).After3weeks,the symptom scoreof severe pneumonia was significantly lower(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Thelevels of IL-2,IL-6and IFN-γwere decreased,and those were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The QingfeiGuyuan decoction plus western medicine on severe pneumonia can significantly inhibit the secretion of IL-2,IL-6and IFN-γ,alleviate thesymptoms and promote the rehabilitation,is worthy of application.
