补肾生精汤联合维生素E治疗少弱精子症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾生精汤联合维生素E治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:120例少弱精子症患者被随机分成两组,治疗组60例给予口服补肾生精汤和维生素E胶丸。对照组60例给予口服维生素E胶丸。服用12周后观察两组治疗前后精液常规指标(精子浓度、精子活力)、精浆生化指标(果糖、α-葡萄糖苷酶)、精液活性氧(ROS)水平。结果:完成治疗后,治疗组精液常规及精浆生化指标较治疗前有显著提高(P<0.01)。对照组精液常规指标较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05),精浆生化指标较治疗前改善不明显(P>0.05)。治疗组各项指标改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组ROS水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),对照组较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但治疗组下降程度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:补肾生精汤联合维生素E治疗少弱精子症能显著降低患者精液活性氧水平,提高精子浓度、活动力以及精浆果糖和α-葡萄糖苷酶,在临床取得较好的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Bushen Shengjing decoction plus Vitamin E on oligospermia.Methods:120patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of60cases was given oral the Bushen Shengjing decoction andVitamin E.The control group was given oral Vitamin E.Results:After treatment,the biochemical indexes of semen in the treatment groupwere significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).The routine indexes of semen in the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The biochemical indexes of the seminal plasma were not improved(P>0.05).The improvement of theindexes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of ROS in the treatment group wassignificantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Bushen Shengjing decoction plus Vitamin E can significantlyreduce the level of serum reactive oxygen species,improve sperm concentration,activity,seminal fructose andα-glucosidase.
