摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘缓解期患者临床症状及肺功能改善情况,研究其作用机理。方法:将120例支气管哮喘缓解期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用穴位敷贴治疗;对照组给予常规西药治疗。治疗后观察临床疗效及肺功能、FENO改善情况。结果:治疗后两组的临床疗效、肺功能及FENO改善均有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论:穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘缓解期临床疗效肯定。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application on bronchial asthma and pulmonary function atremission stage and it’s mechanism.Methods:120patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Thetreatment group was treated by acupoint application,while the control group received routine western medicine.After treatment,theclinical curative effect,the improvement of lung function and FENO were observed.Results:The clinical efficacy,the improvement oflung function and FENO in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of acupointapplication on bronchial asthma at remission stage is positive.
