针灸推拿治疗中风半身不遂的疗效初步观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸推拿治疗中风半身不遂的疗效。方法:选取2014年4月-2016年2月我院收治的142例中风半身不遂患者为观察对象,按不同中医治疗方式分组,对照组应用针灸治疗,观察组联合应用推拿治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果及ADI评分。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为88.73%,高于对照组的71.83%(P<0.05),且生活活动能力(ADL,)的评分为(82.45±2.13)分,高于对照组的(71.25±3.27)分(P<0.05)。结论:针灸推拿治疗中风半身不遂的疗效显著,可提高治疗有效率及改善患者生活能力。Objective:To observe effects of acupuncture and massage on hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:From April2014toFebruary2016,142patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment therapies.The control group was treated by acupuncture,and the observation group was treated by massage more.Effects and ADL scores were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was88.73%,higher than71.83%in the control group(P<0.05).The ADL scores in theobservation group were(82.45±2.13),higher than(71.25±3.27)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage onhemiplegia after stroke are effective,by improving the efficiency and the life ability of patients.
