补肾通淋汤配合羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注在腺性膀胱炎电切术后期治疗效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾通淋汤配合羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注在腺性膀胱炎电切术后期的治疗效果。方法:以我院收治的60例腺性膀胱炎患者为研究对象(收治时间:2014年4月-2016年3月),分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。两组均给予羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注,观察组在此基础上给予补肾通淋汤进行治疗。观察并对比两组腺性膀胱炎患者治疗前后24h平均排尿次数、尿急次数以及临床治疗效果。结果:观察组腺性膀胱炎患者治疗后24小时的平均排尿次数、尿急次数以及治疗总有效率均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:补肾通淋汤配合羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注在腺性膀胱炎电切术后期的治疗效果显著。Objective:To study the efficacy of the Bushen Tonglin decoction with intravesical instillation of HCPT on glandularcystitis following electrocision.Methods:60cases were divided into the control group and observation group,30cases in each group.Twogroups were given intravesical instillation of HCPT;the observation group was give the Bushen Tonglin decoction more.Results:Theaverage number of urination in24hours,the number of urgency and the total efficiency in the observation group were significantly betterthan those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Tonglin decoction with intravesical instillation of HCPT was effective onglandular cystitis following electrocision.
