前列舒通胶囊联合坦洛新治疗慢性无菌性前列腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列舒通胶囊联合坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗慢性无茵性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的慢性无茵性前列腺炎患者82例,将其随机分为对照组40例和试验组42例,对照组给予坦洛新缓释胶囊,试验组给予前列舒通胶囊与坦洛新缓释胶囊。结果:试验组治愈27例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率为92.9%;对照组治愈14例,有效13例,无效13例,总有效率为67.5%,两组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊联合坦洛新治疗慢性无菌性前列腺炎疗效显著。Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Qianlie Shutong capsule plus tamsulosin on chronic abacterial prostatitis.Methods:82patients were randomly divided into the control group of40cases and the experimental group of42cases.The control groupwas given tamsulosin.The experimental group took the Qianlie Shutong capsule more.Results:In the experimental group,27cases werecured;12cases were effective;3cases were ineffective;the total efficiency was92.8%;in the control group,14cases were cured;13caseswere effective;13cases were ineffective;the total efficiency was67.5%.There was a statistically significant difference between groups.Conclusion:The Qianlie Shutong capsule plus tamsulosin on chronic abacterial prostatitis has curative effects.
