定喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察定喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法:给予2012-2014年在我科住院的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者67例不同方案,分为试验组(35例,在常规抗感染基础上再给予中药定喘汤)和对照组(32例,常规抗感染治疗),两组均以7d为一个疗程,治疗1~2个疗程。结果:临床症状及肺部X线炎症表现改善,试验组治疗有效率明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:定喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期可加快病情改善,安全有效。Objective:Clinical effects of the Dingchuan decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasewere observed.Methods:67cases from2012to2014in our hospital received different options and were divided into the experimentalgroup(35cases,received the Dingchuan decoction based on the conventional anti-infective)and control group(32cases,took conventionalanti-infection),7days as a course,for1to2courses.Results:Clinical symptoms and lung X-ray inflammation were improved;and clinicalefficiency in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Dingchuan decoctionon acute exacerbation of COPD can accelerate improvement of the disease,was safe and effective.
