中西医治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究现状

摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是发生于老年和老年前期、以进行性认知功能障碍和行为损害为特征的中枢神经系统退行性病变。临床上表现为记忆障碍、失语、失用、失认、视空间能力损害、抽象思维和计算力损害、人格和行为改变等。随着对AD认识的不断深入,目前认为AD在痴呆阶段之前还存在一个极为重要的痴呆前阶段,此阶段可有AD病理生理改变,但没有或仅有轻微临床症状。而其病因及发病机制尚不明确,加之病情多样,给治疗和预防带来了极大的困难。因此研究老年痴呆已成为当今医学界不容忽视的热点课题之一。本文现将中西医学对老年痴呆的研究现状综述如下。Alzheimer's disease is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system characterized by progressive cognitiveimpairment and behavioral impairment in the elderly.With the deepening understanding of AD,there is a very important stage of dementia,and this stage may have AD pathophysiological changes,but no or only mild clinical symptoms.Therefore,the study of senile dementia hasbecome one of the hot topics in today's medical community.In this paper,the current situation of research on senile dementia in TCM andwestern medicine is summarized as follows.
