参麦注射液对冠心病患者左心室舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参麦注射液对冠心病患者左心室舒张功能的影响。方法:将符合诊断标准的101例冠心病患者随机分为两组。对照组49例予西医常规治疗;治疗组52例在西医治疗基础上,同时静脉滴注5%葡萄糖注射液250ml、参麦注射液40ml,疗程为10天。测定治疗前后一氧化氮(NO)、hs-CRP、内皮素-1(ET-1)等指标的变化。同时,治疗前后行彩色多谱勒超声心动图测定左心室舒张功能指标。结果:治疗组的ET-1、hs-CRP较治疗前明显降低,NO较治疗前升高,优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的超声心动图测定左心室舒张功能等指标较对照组改善明显,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液可改善冠心病患者血管内皮功能,增加舒张期心肌顺应性,从而改善左心室舒张功能。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Shenmai injection on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronaryheart disease.Methods:101patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.49patients in control groupwere given the conventional treatment;52cases in the treatment group was treated with the Shenmai injection more,10days as a course.Before and after treatment,the change of nitric oxide,hs-CRP,endothelin-1and other indicators in two groups were determined,andleft ventricular diastolic function parameters was tested by color doppler echocardiography.Result:After treatment,ET-1,hs-CRP in thetreatment group were significantly lower,and NO was higher in two groups,the treatment group was better(P<0.05).The left ventriculardiastolic function index was improved significantly,and in the treatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shenmai injection canimprove the function of vascular endothelium in patients with coronary heart disease,increased diastolic myocardial compliance,therebyimproving the left ventricular diastolic function.
