摘　　要：肝肾同源理论属于藏象理论,与整体观念、辨证论治都是中医学的重要理论,共同构成中医学的理论基础。历代医家运用肝肾同源指导治疗阳痿,积累了丰富的经验。针对阳痿归纳出肾虚和肝郁两大主要证型,肝肾同源在男科疾病治疗中起着重要作用。由于阳痿是多种因素共同作用的后果,单纯针对某一病因治疗,不能达到满意的效果,所以全面系统追究其病因是治疗阳痿的关键。The homology theory of liver and kidney is an important theory in TCM,with entirety and differentiation.Ancientphysicians applied the theory in treating impotence,with rich experience.The Shenxu type and Ganyu type were summed up,and thehomology theory of liver and kidney played an important role in treating impotence.Because impotence is a result of a variety of factors,a simple treatment for a cause cannot achieve satisfactory results.So a comprehensive system to investigate the cause is the key to thetreatment of impotence.
