健脾除湿法治疗带下病的临床体会

摘　　要：带下病是临床妇科常见病、多发病,以带下量、色、质、味等异常为主要表现。常因感受湿邪或各种原因损伤脾气,湿浊内生,流注下焦而成带下。本文通过论述湿邪、脾虚与带下病的关系,探讨健脾除湿法治疗带下病,并附典型病例进行分析。Leucorrhea is a common gynecological disease,frequently-occurring disease,and is characterized by the amount,color,quality,taste and other abnormalities,often due to feel dampness or a variety of reasons to damage the spleen.In this paper,by discussingthe relationship between dampness,spleen deficiency and leucorrhea,treating leucorrhea by the Jianpi Chushi therapy was discussed;and atypical case was given.
