摘　　要：目的:观察半四左方加味对功能性消化不良患者血浆胃动素(MTL)和P物质(SP)的影响。方法:将300例中医辨证为脾虚气滞、肝胃不和、脾胃湿热、脾胃虚寒、寒热错杂等五个证型(每一证型60例)功能性消化不良患者随机分为观察组150例和对照组150例,分别采用半四左方加味汤剂治疗与西沙必利治疗。治疗前和治疗4周后,对比两组MTL和SP水平。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后MTL与SP水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后MTL水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SP虽高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:半四左方加味治疗功能性消化不良与MTL改善、SP的分泌有关。Objective:To observe effects of the Bansizuo prescription on MEL and SP in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:300cases were randomly divided into the observation group of150cases and control group of150cases,received the Bansizuo decoctionand cisapride tablets respectively.Results:Compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in MTL and SP levelsbetween the groups(P<0.05);Compared with the control group after treatment,MTL levels in the observation group showed statisticallysignificant difference(P<0.05);There is no statistical significance in SP level between the groups after treatment though SP level in theobservation group is higher(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the Bansizuo prescription on functional dyspepsia might be related to theimprovement of the motilin and secretion of SP.
