完带汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征50例

摘　　要：目的:观察完带汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法:将100例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者按随机方法分为治疗组50例以及对照组50例,两组均给予谷维素片、蒙脱石散、三联双歧杆菌片治疗,治疗组在上述基础上加用完带汤治疗,使用4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.0%,对照组总有效率为64.0%。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:本方具有健脾化湿,兼以疏肝的特点,对腹泻型肠易激综合征证属脾虚湿阻者疗效明显。Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Wandai decoction on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:100cases were randomly divided into the treatment group of50cases and control group of50cases.Both groups were treatedwith oryzanol tablets,montmorillonite powder and triple bifidobacterium tablets.The treatment group was treated with the Wandaidecoction more.CIinical effects in4weeks were assessed.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was82%,and in the controlgroup was28%.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclustion:The Wandai decoction played the roles ofstrengthening spleen,eliminating dampness and relieving Qi stagnancy in liver,showed obvious effects on the Pixu Shizu type of IBS-D.
