微波理疗联合红藤汤灌肠治疗80例慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨微波理疗联合红藤汤灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:将2014—2015年在我院接受慢性盆腔炎治疗的80例患者纳入本次研究组中,按照所采用的治疗方式分为常规抗感染治疗的对照组与联合运用红藤汤与微波理疗治疗的观察组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者炎性包块直径与盆腔积液深度改善情况明显优于对照组,白细胞与中性粒细胞恢复正常水平的时间明显短于对照组,治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用红藤汤加微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎能显著改善患者炎性症状,提高临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of microwave therapy with the Hongteng decoction on chronic pelvicinflammatory disease.Methods:80patients were included in the study group.The control group was given routine treatment.The treatmentgroup took microwave therapy with the Hongteng decoction.Results:The improvement of the diameter of inflammatory mass and thedepth of pelvic fluid in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The time of recovery of white bloodcells and neutrophils was shorter in the observation group.The total efficiency was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microwave therapy with the Hongteng decoction can significantly improve the inflammatory symptoms and the clinical effect on chronicpelvic inflammatory disease.
