摘　　要：目的:通过Meta分析系统评价天灸疗法预防感冒的效果。方法:按照循证医学系统评价方法,计算机检索CNKI、VIP、万方等,并采用手工检索方法收集相关随机对照试验及临床对照试验。采用Review Manager 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5个研究,Meta分析结果显示天灸疗法是预防感冒的有效方法。由于部分文献质量不高,仍存在各种偏倚的可能,需要更多高质量的随机对照试验来得出更可靠的结论。Objective:To evaluate effects of natural moxibustion on colds by Meta-analysis system.Methods:CNKI,VIP andWanfang were searched by evidence-based medicine system.The related randomized controlled trials and clinical controlled trials werecollected by manual retrieval.A Meta-analysis was performed by Review Manager5.2.Results:A total of5studies were included.TheMeta-analysis showed that moxibustion therapy was an effective way to prevent from colds.Because of the low quality of some literature,there may be a variety of bias.More randomized controlled trials with high quality are needed,to gain more reliable conclusions.
