摘 要:自2004年首次剥落法制备石墨烯纳米片以来,石墨烯纳米片的产业化制备成为国内外学者广泛关注的热点。现有的石墨烯制备方法主要有四种:机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法、外延生长法以及氧化还原法。通过比较发现,氧化还原法制备石墨烯纳米片具有操作简单、成本低的特点,是目前实现石墨烯纳米片产业化制备的最佳有效途径。氧化还原法分为三个过程:氧化、剥离和还原过程。本文论述了各个过程的制备原理,重点从各过程中对制备方法的改进与制备效果方面阐述了氧化还原法产业化制备石墨烯的研究进展:(1)氧化过程:如何改进传统的Hummer法,使氧化过程环保高效,并增加其可控性;(2)剥离过程:对比了热膨胀法与超声剥离法的优缺点,为氧化石墨烯的剥离方法提供了思路;(3)还原过程:比较了不同还原剂的还原特点以及还原效果。氧化还原法制备石墨烯今后的研究方向是:通过控制氧化程度,选择合适的还原剂与还原条件来解决石墨烯纳米片所存在的结构缺陷问题。The industrialization of graphene nano-sheet has drawn an intensive concern since the graphene was synthesized in mechanical stripping method for the first time in2004.At present,four available methods for the preparation are:mechanical stripping,chemical vapor deposition,epitaxial growth and oxidation-reduction.A comparative study allows us to see that the oxidation-reduction method has the characters of simple operation and low cost,and becomes a unique candidate for the industrialization.Oxidation-reduction method is divided into three procedures:oxidation,stripping and reduction process.This work reviews preparation principles of each process,and stresses on the efforts and progresses made in industrialization of oxidation-reduction from preparation improvements and effects of the three procedures.(1)Oxidation:how to improve the traditional Hummer to make the oxidation more environmentally friendly and controllable;(2)Stripping:a comparison of the heat expansion and ultrasonic stripping offers a solution for the existing issues;(3)Reduction:the characteristics and the effects of the different reducing agents are compared.The above results allow us to know that the future researches will aim at the issue of structural defects in the industrialization through controlling the degree of oxidation and choosing a suitable reducing agent and condition.
