摘  要:智能跟随系统是一种人机关系的升级,近年来该系统在生产、制造、出行、家居的应用方面逐渐增多,对提高工作效率和实操体验有重要的意义。为提高该系统应用于设备的工作性能,设计了一种以PLC控制为核心的商运载跟随机器人系统。该系统通过检测与传感技术,将移动目标的位移数据进行分析,以目标位移速度、空间角度和跟随距离为分析基点,通过数据的结合实现了对指定目标的智能识别跟随性能。经试验测试,该系统能够快速准确地识别目标移动情况并驱动电机进行有效跟随。利用PLC的工业性能优化识别跟随系统并装备于设备,运行状态稳定可控,对于智能跟随系统的实际普及有重大的现实意义。Intelligent followed system is a kind of man-machine relationship to upgrade.In recent years,the system has been widely applied in the production,manufacturing,travel,and home furnishing.Meanwhile this system has important significance in improvement of work efficiency and field experience.In order to improve the performance of the system is applied to the equipment,a business carries followed robot system with PLC control as the core was designed.The system through detection and sensing technology,will Mobile target of followed data for analysis,to target displacement speed,and space angle and followed distance for analysis basis points.The intelligent identification following performance to specify target was achieved according to the combination of the data.By testing,the system can quickly and accurately identify mobile targets and effectively drive motor follow identifying following system.Using PLC industrial performance optimization and equipment from the device and running stable and controllable,smart followed the actual popularity of the system have great practical significance.
