甘肃省女子曲棍球发展现状调查分析

摘　　要：甘肃省女子曲棍球队成立之初,一直是我国女子曲棍球运动队的佼佼者,经过近30年的发展,该省女子曲棍球运动队伍的状况如何呢?该文运用文献资料法,访谈法,实地考察法,对该省女子曲棍球队进行了追踪调查,发现其成绩逐年下滑。主要原因为曲棍球运动普及率低,教练员队伍偏于年轻化,后备人才缺乏,运动员退役后出路狭窄,缺乏社会保障制度和安置政策保障等问题。At the beginning of the set up of the gansu province women's field hockey team,has always been China's women's field hockey team leader,after nearly30years of development,our province women's lacrosse team positions?This paper USES the literature material law,interview law,on-the-spot investigation method,has carried on the track to women's hockey team in our province,found that the performance decline year by year.The main reason for the low penetration hockey movement,coaches should be young,talented person lack,the athlete retirement narrow,lack of social security system and policy guarantee and so on.
