摘　　要：加快推进国有企业各领域信息化建设和政企一体化整合已成为国企总体发展过程中迫在眉睫的一件大事,广东省韶关钢铁集团有限公司土地资源信息具有种类繁多、数量巨大、应用广泛、管理复杂的特点,迫切地需要应用现代信息技术,对其土地管理和日常办公进行现代化集成管理。该项目主要通过对该公司辖区范围内的土地进行数字化地籍调查测量,以获取科学、准确的土地面积数据,并以此规范地籍调查测量秩序,建立健全地籍管理制度,加强土地管理,维护土地的社会主义公有制,保护土地所有者和使用者的合法权益。The informatization construction of state-owned enterprises in various areas and enterprise integration integration has become a state-owned enterprises a great event of imminent in the process of overall development,guangdong shaoguan iron and steel group co.,LTD.,the land resource information with various kinds and great number,wide application,management,the characteristics of the complex,urgently need to apply modern information technology,the land management and daily work of modern integrated management.This project is mainly through to the jurisdiction of the land within the limits of digital cadastral survey measurement,so as to obtain the scientific and accurate land area data,and to standardize the order of cadastral survey measurement,establish and perfect the system of cadastre management,strengthen the land management,safeguard the socialist public ownership of land,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of land owners and users.
